The East-Slovakian electronic mad man returns with a second tape under his Sound Sleep guise. While his first tape (released last year on Exitab) tiptoed and dropped off the crumbling analogue techno clifftop; The new release relies extensively on digital resonating granules of sound. The whole story starts with blues vocals eventually getting heavily distorted and multi-layered into a towering digital choir. In natural 4/4 frameworks SS ventures towards more complex body language, rich in sound palette and dynamics, fluid, organic and raw. A thousand 3-second dreams squashed and stained in a ferric haze.
